Slower grass growth does not mean the yard stops needing attention. A winter-care quote starts with the current condition of the property and sets a clear visit schedule, cleanup scope, and service term.
We price the initial reset separately when it requires more work than a regular visit. Additional leaf volume or requested work outside the agreed scope is reviewed before it is added. There is no automatic renewal.

Assess and quote the starting cleanup so the ongoing visits begin from an agreed condition.
Defined winter visits
Your quote lists visit frequency, leaf and bed areas, disposal arrangements, and the end of the service term.
Prepare for spring
Review suitable bed work, mulch, and plant-specific pruning separately. Spring service is proposed for approval rather than renewed automatically.
Winter-care questions
Can this replace my winter mowing visits?
We can review your current service and propose a winter schedule. Your existing agreement does not change automatically, and any continuing mowing needs remain explicit.
Is unlimited cleanup included?
No. Each agreement defines the areas and expected work per visit. Extra volume, large debris, or additional services require a separate approved scope.
Can I start with one cleanup?
Yes. Request a one-time cleanup first, then decide whether recurring visits suit the property.
