Proof Over Promises

Before and After: The Work, Not the Sales Pitch

Drag the sliders to compare real job photos from around Northeast Louisiana. One image is an AI design visualization, and we label it as exactly that.

Photos settle arguments that ad copy can't. This gallery is built from job documentation our crews capture in the field — the same shots we use internally to hold the work to our guarantee. Grab the handle on each slider and drag it left and right to compare the before with the after at your own pace.

A note on honesty, because it matters here: one slider on this page pairs a real "before" photo with an AI-generated design visualization of the planned result. We use renderings like that to help customers picture a project before committing, and we will always label them clearly. A rendering presented as a finished job is a lie, and lying is a bad way to keep a 4.8 rating. Everything else on this page is a photograph of completed work. If you want the customer's side of these transformations, the reviews page has it in their own words — and when you're ready for your own before-and-after, booking online takes about a minute.

Before: bare, weedy flower bed inside a stone border along the front of a brick home After: the same flower bed cleared, mulched, and replanted with fresh shrubs by College Bros
Flower bed refresh — a tired bed cleared of weeds, re-mulched, and replanted with new shrubs along the front of the house. Bed work like this is the heart of our landscaping service, starting at $150.
Before: rear siding of a two-story home streaked with green mildew and algae Design visualization: AI-generated rendering of the same siding after a soft wash — not a photo of completed work
Design visualization — the before is a real photo of mildew-streaked siding; the after is an AI-generated rendering of the planned soft wash result, not a photo of a finished job. We show it so you can picture the outcome, labeled for what it is.

How to Judge a Before-and-After

Look at the Edges

Anyone can mow the middle of a yard. Check where turf meets concrete and where mulch meets grass — crisp lines there are the difference between cut and cared for, which is why edging and trimming are included in every visit.

Check Bed Definition

In the flower bed slider, notice the border stones reappearing and the mulch sitting at a consistent depth. Defined beds make the plants — and the whole front of the house — read as intentional instead of overgrown.

Find the Clean Line

Pressure washing photos should show a hard boundary between washed and unwashed concrete. If a company's photos never show that contrast line mid-job, you're probably looking at stock images.

Demand Labels on Renderings

AI visualizations are a useful planning tool and an easy way to mislead. We mark ours plainly, and we'd encourage you to ask any contractor whether a photo shows finished work or a concept.

Gallery Questions

Are these before-and-after photos real?

Yes, with one clearly marked exception. The flower bed slider, the overgrowth recovery composite, and the driveway shot are photographs from actual jobs documented by our crews. The single exception is the siding slider, where the before is a real photo and the after is an AI-generated design visualization — it is labeled that way in its caption and its alt text, because we never present a rendering as completed work.

What is a design visualization and why do you use one?

A design visualization is an AI-generated rendering that previews what a project should look like when finished — in this gallery, what mildew-streaked siding looks like after a soft wash. It helps homeowners picture a result before spending money, which is genuinely useful, but only when it is labeled honestly. Ours always will be: if an image on this site is not a photograph of real work, we say so right next to it.

Can I see photos of your hardscaping work?

Not in this gallery yet — hardscaping is our newest service, and we only publish photos of jobs we have actually completed, so there are no paver patio or fire pit photos to show today. What we offer instead is a free on-site design consultation where we plan the project with you and provide a custom quote. Details are on the hardscaping page, and as builds wrap up, their photos will land here.

Do you take before-and-after photos of my property?

Our crews photograph jobs as part of normal documentation — the stacked before-and-after in this gallery comes straight from that workflow. It protects you as much as us: the pictures prove the condition before we started and the result we are standing behind under the guarantee. If you would like copies from your own job, just ask the crew or text (318) 600-9123 and we will send them over.

How do I get results like these at my house?

Start by booking online, which takes about a minute, or call or text (318) 600-9123 — you will get a same-day response and service usually within the week. Mowing starts at $55 per visit, landscaping work like the bed refresh above starts at $150, and pressure washing starts at $150 with soft washing from $200. Every job is backed by the same promise: not happy? We'll make it right.
