A plain-English explanation of what information this website collects, exactly where it goes, and how to have it removed.
College Bros Outdoor Services, LLC ("College Bros," "we," "us") is a lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, and hardscaping company based at 4100 Bon Aire Dr, Monroe, LA 71203. This policy covers the website at collegebrosllc.com and applies whenever you request a quote, use our chat assistant, book a service, or simply browse.
The short version: we collect only the contact details you choose to send us, we use them to quote and schedule your work, we never sell them, and a single email to connorpauley@collegebrosllc.com is enough to have your information deleted. The rest of this page spells out the specifics.
Information You Send Us
When you request a quote through our quote form, the homepage quote widget, or any other form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add. We do not collect anything you don't enter yourself, and our forms include basic anti-spam checks that look at how the form was filled out, not at who you are.
Where Quote Requests Go
Every submission travels to four places, all serving one purpose: getting a real person working on your quote the same day.
- Our database. The request is stored in Supabase, the secure database service we use, so we have a record of your inquiry and can pick the conversation back up later.
- Our inbox. A copy is emailed to our team through Gmail so someone reads it promptly.
- Our scheduling system. Your details are added to Housecall Pro, the field-service platform we use to schedule visits, dispatch crews, and send invoices.
- Our crew alert channel. A notification goes to our private Discord workspace so the team on duty knows a new request just landed.
That is the complete list. Your information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside the services named above.
The AI Chat Assistant
The chat bubble on this site is the College Bros virtual assistant. It is software, not a person, and it will tell you so if you ask. Messages you type into the chat are sent to OpenAI for processing so the assistant can respond, and transcripts are stored in our database so we can review conversations and improve the experience. If you share your name, phone number, or address in chat to start a quote, the assistant passes those details into the same quote pipeline described above so a human can follow up. Please don't put payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details into the chat; we will never ask for them there.
Photos You Send Through Chat
The chat assistant lets you attach a photo of your property so the assistant can give you a quick three-option estimate. Here is exactly what happens when you do that:
- Your browser shrinks the photo before it leaves your phone. We resize it down to a maximum of about 1,280 pixels and re-save it as a JPEG, which strips the EXIF metadata (including any GPS coordinates your camera may have attached). The original full-resolution photo never leaves your device.
- The shrunk photo is sent to OpenAI's image-understanding service so the assistant can look at what's in the picture (yard size, condition, the service that fits) and write back a quote. OpenAI processes the image to generate that response and does not use it to train their models when accessed through the developer API we use.
- We do not store the photo itself in our database. The conversation transcript records that a photo was attached, but not the photo bytes. If you choose to share your phone number after the photo quote, a real person follows up and may ask you to send the photo again over text or email if it's useful for the on-site walk-through.
- You are in control. Do not send photos of people, license plates, mail, or anything else you do not want a software service to see. We only need pictures of the yard, driveway, beds, or hardscape. If you accidentally send something you didn't mean to, email connorpauley@collegebrosllc.com and we will purge the conversation.
Online Booking
Our booking page embeds the scheduling system of Housecall Pro. Information you enter while booking, such as your contact details and appointment preferences, is collected and processed by Housecall Pro under its own privacy policy in addition to ours. We see that information inside our Housecall Pro account, where we use it only to deliver your service.
Calls and Texts
By giving us your phone number, whether through a form, the chat assistant, the booking page, or by calling or texting (318) 600-9123 first, you agree that College Bros may call or text that number about your quote, your schedule, and your service. These are operational messages, not bulk marketing. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP or just telling us to knock it off, and we will.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit. It is cookieless: it counts page views in aggregate without setting tracking cookies, building personal profiles, or following you to other websites. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the site, as virtually every host does.
Cookies
This site sets exactly one cookie, and it is not for customers. Crew members who sign in to our internal crew area receive a single authentication cookie that keeps them logged in on their own device. If you are a homeowner or business browsing the site, you get no cookies from us: no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no retargeting.
What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We never add you to third-party marketing lists.
- We never run advertising trackers or cross-site analytics on this website.
- We never ask for payment details through chat, text, or email links.
How Long We Keep Information, and How to Delete It
We keep quote records, chat transcripts, and customer history for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and maintain ordinary business records, such as invoices. To have your information deleted, email connorpauley@collegebrosllc.com and include the phone number or email address you used with us. We will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, like tax and invoice history.
Security
Quote data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with established providers (Supabase, Google, Housecall Pro, Discord, OpenAI, Vercel) that maintain industry-standard security practices. Access on our side is limited to the people who need it to quote and complete your work.
Children
Our services are contracted by adults, and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email connorpauley@collegebrosllc.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If our tools or practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we don't do.

Does College Bros sell my personal information?
No. College Bros Outdoor Services never sells, rents, or trades personal information. Details you submit are shared only with the services that make your quote happen: Supabase for storage, Gmail for team notification, Housecall Pro for scheduling and invoicing, Discord for the internal crew alert, and OpenAI when you use the chat assistant. No advertisers or data brokers are involved.
Is the chat on the College Bros website a real person?
No, the chat bubble is the College Bros virtual assistant, a piece of software, and it will say so if you ask. Your chat messages are processed by OpenAI to generate replies, and transcripts are stored so we can review and improve them. If you share contact details in chat to request a quote, a real person from our Monroe team follows up the same day.

Does the College Bros website use cookies or trackers?
Customers browsing collegebrosllc.com receive no cookies at all. The only cookie this site ever sets is a login cookie for crew members signing in to our internal crew area. Page-view counting is done with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build personal profiles or track you across other websites. There are no ad pixels or retargeting scripts anywhere on the site.
Will College Bros text me if I give out my phone number?
If you provide your number through a form, the chat, or the booking page, we may call or text you about your quote, scheduling, and service, and that's it; we don't send bulk marketing blasts. Carrier message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or simply asking us to stop, and we will honor it immediately.
Who can see what I submit in a quote request?
Only the College Bros team. A quote request is stored in our Supabase database, emailed to our inbox through Gmail, added to Housecall Pro so we can schedule the visit, and posted to our private Discord channel so the crew sees it fast. Each of those is a private workspace accessible to our staff, not a public or third-party-marketing destination.
