Know what is included
Leaves and beds
Clear leaves from the agreed lawn and bed areas. Plant work is identified separately so suitable timing and scope can be confirmed.
Small debris and blow-off
Collect agreed small debris and leave the specified walks, patio, or driveway clear. Large limbs and storm damage require a separate assessment.
Disposal agreed in advance
Your quote states whether material is hauled away, bagged, or handled on the property. Extra volume or work is discussed before adding charges.

Share the address, photos, access details, and desired timing. Include the areas with the heaviest leaf buildup.
Agree on the scope
We confirm cleanup areas, debris volume, disposal, and any separate mulch or washing work.
Confirm the visit
Approve the quote and an available service window. Weather or unsuitable ground conditions may require rescheduling.

Is leaf removal a one-time service?
It can be. If your property needs repeated visits, we can quote a defined winter-care schedule with a stated scope for each visit.
Are gutters included?
No. This cleanup covers the agreed ground-level areas. Ask separately about gutter work so access and the exact service can be assessed.
Can you add mulch or washing?
Yes. Mulch and bed work and washing can be quoted separately when appropriate for the property and conditions.
