You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through connected social media accounts. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that violates any applicable laws or third-party platform terms of service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Content Command and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Content Command be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
