Premium Lawn Care includes all of that plus blade edging along driveways and walkways and weed control, with beds and cracks treated on every single visit. On a weekly schedule the difference runs $20 to $45 per visit depending on yard size: a small yard is $55 Basic versus $75 Premium, and a full acre is $140 versus $185.

Weekly Basic Lawn Care from College Bros runs $55 per visit for a small yard under a quarter acre, $80 for a medium yard up to a half acre, $105 for a large yard up to one acre, and $140 for properties over an acre. Weekly Premium runs $75, $110, $145, and $185 for the same sizes. Weekly is the cheapest per-visit rate on the sheet because the lawn never gets out of hand between cuts.

A bi-weekly or monthly visit takes meaningfully longer than a weekly one — taller growth, heavier clippings, more cleanup — so the per-visit price steps up with the gap: a small yard is $55 weekly, $65 bi-weekly, $70 monthly, and $75 as a one-time cut.
