Design and installation
We confirm the display areas, measurements, access, power, and timer setup. Your quote identifies the lights and decorations included.
Seasonal maintenance
The package includes maintenance for the supplied display during the agreed season. Your quote explains coverage, exclusions, and how to request help.
Removal and labeled storage
Your removal window is agreed with installation. We inspect and label College Bros-owned lights for storage after the season.

Before you book
Who owns the lights?
College Bros owns the lights supplied under a new full-service seasonal package. Your payment covers the agreed season’s service. Lights you already own remain yours unless you separately agree to a change.
Does my previous lighting agreement change?
No change is automatic. We review your previous agreement and any proposed updates with you before you accept this year’s quote.
How much does a display cost?
Pricing depends on the agreed display, measurements, access, materials, and seasonal work. We provide a written custom quote rather than a price based only on house size.
When are lights installed and removed?
We agree on available installation and removal windows in your quote, including plans for weather delays. A quote request does not confirm an appointment.
Can you clean up the yard before installation?
Yes. Ask for a separately scoped fall cleanup or winter property care. We can review both needs together.
